  • Successfully pass the certification audits including to support farmers to ensure compliance to farm level requirements  
  • Support Sustainability Coordinator to manage and follow up certification purchase document on the supply chain (farmers/collector level)
  • Weekly report (email and discussion) on certification and responsible sourcing program activities' achievements challenges, next steps to the sustainability coordinator
  • Gather information about sustainability projects implemented in the region by competitors or any other organizations/stakeholder to identify potential partnerships, and strengthen LDC knowledge on the supply and demand of RS coffee   .
  • Upscale the knowledge of certification, data collection and monitoring. Continuous improvement in the implementation process. 

Bachelor of degree - any discipline .

Good Communication & Rapport with Planters and auditors

Should aware about certification process.
