Specifically, we seek an AI Business Transformation Specialist to help promote AI and GenAI culture and adoption across the organization.

  • Develop and execute AI adoption initiatives as defined by the AI Lab, listed, but not limited to, hereafter.
  • Apply and execute adoption framework for AI product portfolio. 
  • Work on creating an AI competency in the form of on-line and off-line presentation, workshops, e-learning modules, free curriculums. 
  • Organize and animate AI innovation challenge using LDC Innovation Platform 
  • Organize and animate regional hackathons with the help of external vendors 
  • Animate an AI community of several hundred members. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in change management, adoption planning, communication, community management, in the area of software adoption 
  • Demonstrated experience in change management for Microsoft products or equivalent 
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, in a complex, fast-paced, and international environment. 

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills 
  • High level of self-organization skill and autonomy 
  • Ability to drive different initiatives in parallel  
  • Data driven mindset for performance assessment. 
  • Good knowledge of AI principles and GenAI applications for business. 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Office 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Personal Productivity tools, including SharePoint 
  • Passion for knowledge sharing 
  • Knowledge of ADKAR framework is a plus. 
  • PROSCI certification is a big plus
