ROTTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS, 31 January 2017<\/strong>  \u2013 Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) B.V. today announced a successful \u20ac400 million, five-year, senior bond transaction with a 4% coupon. Application has been made to list the instruments on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange\u2019s regulated market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe would like to thank investors for their confidence in our business strategy and the positive long-term outlook for our sector, reflected in a strong demand with orders in excess of \u20ac1.7 billion across more than 250 investors\u201d said Gonzalo Ram\u00edrez Martiarena, Chief Executive Officer of Louis Dreyfus Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe transaction was initially launched with an expected size of \u20ac300 million, and was upsized to \u20ac400 million to accommodate investor interests within our needs. This reaffirms LDC\u2019s commitment to being a recurring issuer on the debt capital markets\u201d said Federico Cerisoli, Interim Chief Financial Officer of Louis Dreyfus Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
