Recognizing the data-driven strategy that is surrounding our business, LDC is looking for a Business Analyst (Senior Solution Specialist) to join the IT Global market area in Sofia (Bulgaria).
Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the below mentioned areas of work :

*Project Management - Managing the Global market project from end to end Including
• Scope management & Solution design
• All project phase management
• Project team management
• Stakeholder management

* Business Analyst – Keep constant touch base with traders and integrate new needs in line with core model. Analyzing business needs and set up the system on Trading activities which includes:
• Trading interfaces
• Pnl Report
• SPOC for Market risk and Regulatory reporting interfaces
• Trade lifecycle.
IT skills:

• Have proven experience in IT project management including several stakeholders, regions, and multicultural teams.
• Capacity to formalize business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with TRM solutions like Quantum, Murex or Calypso is a plus.

Business skills:

• Ability to conduct business analysis to identify areas for harmonization
• Ability to penetrate stakeholders needs across different regions.
• Strong solution skills (deep understanding on functional business process in finance domain, solution design and configuration experience).
• Good knowledge of financial market instruments (FX, IR, MM, Equities..)
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Leadership: Team Leader (ability to manage a project team)
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English
• Self-Driven, Customer Focused and Proactive
• Have natural curiosity, critical mindset and team spirit
• Ability and flexibility to work independently (as well as in a team)
• Ability to work under pressure and with stringent deadlines
• Have a cross cultural mind set
• Ability to work with interlocutors from across the world
