Summary
The C&B Controller will be responsible for various accounting support and financial reporting & analytics activities as well as other administrative matters related to employee compensation processes.

The position will work closely with global and regional reward Center of Expertise as well as corporate finance team to ensure strong core control over the compensation accounting.

• Support the ongoing accounting and reporting of incentive compensation. Ensure a proper workflow between HR and Finance and various departments in regards of any alignments of relevant data, figures and numbers
• Executing biannual and annual close processes in collaboration with the corporate finance team, ensuring timely and complete reporting and account reconciliations. Accounting support for all transactions and events on a timely basis.
• Ensure various components of overhead and compensation costs are appropriately accounted for, controlled and optimized
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to HR, finance, leadership and others. Preparing ad hoc financial analyses and presentations upon request.
• Identifying and leading process improvement opportunities for compensation accounting and continuous improvement of HR controlling & analytics activities including reporting and presentations
• HR contact person for auditing
• Partner with other stakeholders to ensure the appropriate accounting recognition to ensure we “get the numbers right”.
• Assist the C&B team during the salary review and bonus processes
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar position

Knowledge & Technical Skills

• High degree of accuracy and accounting skills
• Strong interpersonal skill and able to maintain confidential information
• Excellent Windows Office knowledge, especially Advanced Excel
• Cross functional and cross country collaboration
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory.

• Dynamic, organized and proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a team and fast paced environment
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting priorities, able to handle pressure in peak times

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information management or related field. MBA in related areas is a plus
