The role is part of LDC’s International HR Leadership Team. The role requires both strategic and hands-on business support balanced with the ability to support and manage change in complex programs. The role will include working with LDC’s Centre of Excellence in developing and implementing business responsive talent acquisition, management and development program plans, resources and processes. To be successful in this role, experience working in a vertically integrated multinational with proven expertise anticipating and mitigating risks and complex issues towards resolution.
• Gather and analyze HR current trends, client feedback and diagnose business / people issues to collaborate with local management in developing and implementing policies and reporting to make recommendations on improvements to the workplace.
• Support organization design, people development and change management focused on development and implementation of activities aligned with business strategy.
• Drive and facilitate identification of core HR initiatives for high potential talent and build a strategic plan to support the growth of the business.
• Provide consultation and support to managers on HR issues and applicable company policies and employment laws
• Handle all escalated employee relations issues and concerns by working with internal partners and senior leaders to determine resolutions.
• Enable company reporting and analyze effectively to make timely recommendations to alleviate risk or positively influence the business or associates
• Support and enable HR policies on values, behaviors and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) as required
• Collaborate with Regional HR Managers to identify and drive best practice sharing of across organisation.
• Manage specific projects as determined in the annual, global HR business plan and participate in functional / cross-functional initiatives
Organisational Development
• Supports talent management processes including performance review process, succession planning, leadership assessments and internal talent movement.
• Supports line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with strategy and business plans supporting training and development needs.
• Collaborate with LDC’s Talent Acquisition Team to recruit best talent and organize for them the needed induction plan
• Support enhancing internal mobility
• Support COE C&B and contribute to job evaluation inside the relevant business functions
• 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting multiple locations and remote customers
• Must be experienced with internal investigatory processes and how to ensure outcomes are fair, consistent, and compliant with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
• Proven expertise in talent management, workforce planning, change management, organizational development, and other strategic people initiatives in the Soft Commodities industry or with a product development group
• Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact. Ability to quickly learn new skills, systems, and procedures – adaptable
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data to influence business decisions. Understands where the data sits and how to combine it to support actions and decisions.
• Excellent project management skills. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• A continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to establish and sustain relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Prior experience working for a large multinational corporation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (i.e.Workday)

• Bachelor’s / master’s in human resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or another related field required
