Summary
Overall Purpose:
• Ensure that the company operates in accordance with laws and regulations and corporate policies and that no major safety, health and environmental incidents occur.
• Promote the continuous improvement of SHE indicators.
Main Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities |
Main accountabilities:
1. Take full responsibilities for SHE at business offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Xinjiang and other places.
2. Track and collect the changes of SHE related laws, regulations and the company policies, and communicate internally timely.
3. Promote the documentation and localization of regulatory requirements and the corporate standards and improve the SHE documentary system to ensure compliance.
4. Participate in SHE related risk identification and evaluation and establish and promote the implementation of risk elimination or control plan.
5. Responsible for coordinating regional environmental protection and greenhouse gas emission reduction.
6. Assist to organize regular SHE Committee Meeting and follow up the implementation of the actions determined at the meeting.
7. Assist annual SHE CAPEX budget and follow up the implementation of SHE CAPEX budget.
8. Coordinate regional SHE audit and gap analysis to ensure continuous improvement of SHE MS.
9. Be responsible for SHE data collection, statistical analysis and reporting, raise up solutions against problems.
10. Collect and promote the implementation of SHE best practices within and outside the group.
11. Other relevant matters as defined by the manager.

Experience:
1. National certified environmental and/or safety engineer qualification or equivalent international certified qualification.
2. Familiar with domestic SHE related laws and regulations, and ISO14001 system.
3. At least 3 years environmental protection related working experience in vegetable oils & fats, feed, food and chemical industry.
