Summary
This position is responsible for effectively developing, maintaining, and leading the activities for Louis Dreyfus Company North American Industrial Asset Performance and Maintenance programs. Will work closely with local Maintenance and Reliability Managers, Asset Heads and corporate teams to integrate and promote the effective utilization of current systems, processes, and best practices to the benefit of the company. In addition, provides support to the Industrial group and Assets as needed to ensure effective and efficient operations of our facilities.
SAFETY/HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT:

Actively support our safety culture including the delivery of reliability programs that contribute to higher levels of planned work and significantly fewer break down related repairs and upset conditions.
In addition, by systematizing risk assessment and job hazard analysis in the maintenance planning process.

ASSET PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

Improve asset reliability that delivers targets for reduced costs, increased capacity utilization and lower capital investment for maintenance.

Collaborate with Asset Heads to identify and remove barriers ensuring effective maintenance and reliability at all locations.

Develop an active and effective Reliability Community and Culture within the Maintenance and Reliability organizations to share best practices, ensure standardization and faster routes to optimum solutions of unusual or recurring problems.

Collaborate with Manufacturing Information Systems, Corporate Information Technology, and stakeholders to leverage data analytics, improve reliability centered reporting, and effective utilization of the Enterprise Asset Management Software.
Qualified candidates will possess a B.S. degree in an engineering or related field and have SMRP Certification. Must also be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identity (TWIC) Card.

Successful candidates will possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in an industrial manufacturing, chemical processing and/or bulk material handling industries.

Preferred candidates will have worked in grain handling, oilseed extraction or ethanol production environments.
Successful candidates will possess an expert understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Risk-based Inspection (RBI), Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs, Maintenance Work Processes and Systems;

Must also have excellent communication skills, especially when it comes to managing projects and competing priorities along with strong collaboration and interfacing skills.
