Summary
The procurement function is expected through the project completion, based on the implementation of a single operating model, with the following value pillars: - Simplification: • Implement a unique way of working; • Simplify procurement operational processes; • Optimize shared service centers. - Automate procurement reports: • Define Kpis to support the function objectives; • Automate these KPis. - Increase processes compliance: • Deploy core model processes; • Simplify audits with more traceability. - Efficiency: • Automate part of procurement process. Procurement Solution Specialist will be in charge, for the region and within the program team and organization, of managing L3 run activities and solution enhancement of ‘BOLD procurement’ (processes, systems and operating principles) with a constant focus on the macro project and function objectives towards value creation for the company. Such activities shall be performed in full alignment with roll out team BOLD program team and in coordination with global and regional Procurement Business Process Owners (BPOs) and others teams (Finance, Master data teams, Industry teams…).
The Procurement Solution Specialist will be accountable of implementing the added value of the BOLD solution for live countries to support accounting and controlling activities:

- Manage L3 run activities and work closely with L2 and L1 run teams;
- Deliver core enhancement with retrofit on other countries;
- Articulate the business value of the proposed enhancement with BPOs;
- Support BOLD roll outs for Core model Gaps;
- Coordinate the work between BPOs, integrator, internal resources and core teams;
- Ensure a stable solution, easily maintainable by support;
- Raise alerts and risks with an adequate mitigation plan to the project management.
- 5 to 10 years in IT SAP MM projects, ideally on multicultural projects, with complex change management;
- Experience of integration between SAP modules (FI, PM,);
- Systems: Deep experience with SAP MM is a must have. Experience with an S/4Hana is a nice to have;
- Experience in ARIBA;
- Experience in management of a small team of 2 to 5 person, as team lead.
- Knowledge: SAP MM modules. Knowledge on ARIBA, S/4 HANA and FIORI is a plus. Strong knowledge on project methodology and roll out;
- Communication and Business Relationship Management : Advanced - must be able to interact efficiently within various dimensions, at various level and in various geographies of the organization (within and outside of the project team);
- Mastering of finance Processes : Intermediate - must understand finance process for LDC, challenge the BPO in case of GAPS;
- Project Management : Intermediate - should be able to plan the delivery of enhancements in the release process. Should be able to raise alerts and to propose new ways of working to improve delivery and time to customer;
- Business process transformation : Intermediate - must be comfortable to support BPOs change management plan;
- IT awareness & system capabilities : Advanced - must be able to put in place sustainable SAP Procurement system , as standard as possible, to support efficiently business processes;
- Team management : Intermediate - must be able to build, develop relationship with a multinational team even if it is not direct management. Difficulty is more anticipated to come from the ‘virtual’ team management (Core team in Lyon, rollouts team in Argentina, in India and BPO’s);
- Analytical thinking : Advanced - Must be able to analyze a situation and then identify and evaluate possible solutions (turn complex situations into simples things to be able to make the best decision);
- Team player : Advanced - Has to be able to act collectively and collaboratively;
- Auditing awareness & skills : Intermediate - Needs to be able to audit existing Sap solution and recommend solution to Gaps;
- Quality and details focus : Intermediate - Has to understand fully the details in order to come up with the appropriate solutions and recommendation;
