Summary
The Inventory Operations Officer is responsible for managing all operations related to the physical delivery of Robusta and Arabica futures contracts.
- Develop expertise of the ICE US and ICE EU rules and delivery software systems (eCOPS and Guardian) in order to provide front-line support to the trading team.
- Maintain proactive contact with Exchange operations departments, warehouses, banks, and brokers.
- Handle Inventory based STF transactions.
- Interact with the inventory team.
- Process warehousing payments.
- Collect warehousing quotes for commercial inventory.
- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve SOPs.
- Oversee Warehouse Stocks Reconciliations.
- Contribute towards requirements, solution validation, and UAT for IT Systems development & enhancements as well as for Automation Initiatives.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the inventory data and status.
Experience with commodity and /or futures markets.

Systems: Excel, Ecops, Guardian.
Analytical mind with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Interactions/ interface:
The Inventory Operation Officer will gain valuable experience in the intersection of commodity supply chains and derivatives markets.
This position will interact with the inventory team composed of 4 people and based in India. It will also, interact with warehouses, brokers, banks, and exchanges.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field.

Responsibilities
