Trade Finance Controller

 Controlling and analysis
- Maintenance of reporting and budgeting processes, work on reporting processes improvement;
- Balance sheet and P&L items dynamics monitoring, reconciliation and reporting;
- Contract flow analysis and control – contract calculations, contracts preparation, inventory move, related costs, actuals vs. plan tracking;
- Continuous monitoring of accounting & internal reporting effectiveness for reporting and budgeting purposes, changes management;

 Reporting and budgeting
- Timely daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual managerial reports preparation under group reporting standards;
- Monthly presentations – issuing managerial reports for company management, performing a leading role in reports discussion;
- Together with CFO – timely budgets and reforecast preparation as per group standards;
- Other reports and presentations reparation, incl. Board meetings materials, etc.;

 Internal control
- Ensuring appropriate controls are implemented and maintained;
- Identifying key risks areas in a daily activities and reporting it to CFO;
- Recommend changes that will improve the company's financial performance and controls;
- Develop and document business processes and reporting/accounting policies to maintain and strengthen controls.

 IT Systems
- Leading RAP/IFRS/Operational accounting system development;

 Experience in Big4, production or agricultural sector will be considered as an advantage;
 At least 3-5 years of experience in IFRS reporting function, good understanding of managerial reporting and budgeting principles
 1S system deployment/upgrade experience, SAP/R3 experience - as an advantage;

 Proactive and independent
 Proficient Excel user
 Capable of dealing with daily routine work including completion of management and IFRS reporting

• English (Fluent)

 University degree in appropriate field (Finance)  ACCA (majority of papers completed) is a must
