In order to support its growing needs on treasury and cash management activity, LDC is upgrading and expanding the implementation of its treasury and cash management systems (FIS Quantum). In the context of the Quantum upgrade, Power App deployment, Business intelligences projects and SAP S/4 integration with Quantum TMS, LDC is looking for a Business Analyst / Developer to be responsible for the Cash Management & Global Market streams.
The Business Analyst / Developer role shall be responsible for the below:

* Business Analyst - Analyze business needs and set up the systems with focus on
• Cash Management
And
• Global Market activities

Main tasks of the mission:

1. Accompany LDC in the Treasury & Global market Solutions Roadmap deployment, as a Business Analyst by contributing to:
• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• You collaborate with business stakeholders and/or their representative/s to properly identify and define the business requirements.
• Ensure documentation is up to date.
• Actively communicate with team members, IT Project Manager and Software Developer Lead about the work and project status.
• Actively escalates issues to Solution Manager.
•Analyze and troubleshoot system issues in 1st, 2nd or 3rd level depending on project requirements, liaise with network administrators, system analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
• Help support the business in the creation and reporting of the test cases.
• Setup the system
• You are involved in the development of Power Platform and/or Power BI based solutions for designated projects.
•You assist in the back-log refinement during or between sprints.
• Understand Global application landscape and flows between systems

2. Report directly to Back-Office Service Line Treasury Senior Solution Manager:
• Follow up and escalate issues and risks on the functional and technical side, as well as project management side (workload constraints, conflicts, deliverable review and sign off delay from business, delivery delay from technical team, etc.)
• Propose mitigation plan in case of issues and risks
• Attend weekly IT and Business team meetings
• Work closely with other Solution Specialist and Business Analyst of the Back-Office Service Line and organize/attend cross-stream training
• Minimum job experience of 1 year developing Power Platform based solutions is a plus
• Minimum job experience of 1 year developing Power BI based solutions is also plus
• Ability to understand business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation
• Experience and desire to work in a global environment
• Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities,
• Demonstrated history of applying varied approaches to solve complex business support challenges of significance to the organization,
• Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing using the English language.
• Experience with solutions like Power App
• Have good capacity of analysis, synthesis, and communication (written and oral)
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English
• Self-Driven, Customer Focused and Proactive
• Have natural curiosity, critical mindset and team spirit: being volunteer
• Ability and flexibility to work independently as well as in a team
• Be fluent in English, written and spoken
• Be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
