This showcase marks the global launch of four product categories: advanced fermented soybean meal, yeast-enriched enzymatic protein, plant-based fishmeal replacer and fortified lecithin \u2013 all developed to optimize animal nutrient utilization efficiency, contributing to enhanced animal health and improved breeding cost efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLeveraging the innovation capabilities of LDC\u2019s R&amp;D Center in Shanghai, as well as our integrated production facilities, our animal nutrition ingredients aim to create value for feed and breeding enterprises in China and support them in meeting regulatory requirements to phase out antibiotics in feed,\u201d said Shengshu Huang, LDC\u2019s Chief Technology Officer and Head of Specialty Feed Ingredients for North Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LDC also presented for the first time its nutrition and health ingredient product line, including phytosterol esters, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and omega-3 oils, designed to meet the needs of industries such as dairy, functional foods and dietary supplements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, LDC has expanded its food ingredients portfolio with Spongolit<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> aerating emulsifier and Lamequick<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> whipping agents, to provide solutions for the baking sector, among others.
