{"id":3555,"date":"2018-03-15T10:05:23","date_gmt":"2018-03-15T10:05:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ldc.com\/cn\/stories-insights\/ldc-celebrates-its-9th-annual-safety-day\/"},"modified":"2023-05-24T12:29:36","modified_gmt":"2023-05-24T10:29:36","slug":"ldc-celebrates-its-9th-annual-safety-day","status":"publish","type":"stories-insight","link":"https:\/\/www.ldc.com\/cn\/en\/stories-insights\/ldc-celebrates-its-9th-annual-safety-day\/","title":{"rendered":"SHE Day 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This is how Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) celebrated its 9th annual Safety Day around the world!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s event was focused on the theme \u201cOur safety is my priority\u201d, an extension of the \u201cCommitted to Zero\u201d campaign, which aims to fully eradicate accidents, injuries and fatalities from all our assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"380\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ldc.com\/cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/safety-page-pr.jpg\" alt=\"safety-page-pr.jpg\" class=\"wp-image-7378\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ldc.com\/cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/safety-page-pr.jpg 660w, https:\/\/www.ldc.com\/cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/safety-page-pr-300x173.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ldc.com\/cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/safety-page-pr-560x322.jpg 560w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Like every year, the event reinforced our collective responsibility \u2013 employees\u2019, contractors\u2019, visitors\u2019 &#8211; to adopt safe behaviors in all of our daily activities, so that we may return home safely, every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cProtecting the environment and our colleagues around the world is a non-negotiable value at LDC,\u201d said CEO Gonzalo Ram\u00edrez Martiarena in a message to all employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEmployees are our greatest resource and most important asset.
