• Working in close collaboration with HR COE to ensure accurate understanding and description of business requirements;
• Translating the Human Resources strategy of our Business Units into an analytical roadmap;
• Being responsible for the design and delivery of the solutions according to standard methodologies
• Organize, drive, execute projects.
• Discuss and recommend technical developments to improve quality of products/ solutions and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs.
• Execute digital product/solution life cycle activities following a range of processes and tooling requirements.
• Contribute to and support feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings.
• Help management to implement quality assurance change initiatives and/or make continuous operational improvements.
• Being responsible for the project’s governance, Steering Committee, Status, Issues escalation.
• Close relationship with the IT Financial Controller to track actuals vs planned budget
• Manage quarterly reforecasting cycle and landing.
• Have a relevant work experience in the domain of IT service management for Human Resources Solutions;
• Workday knowledge, configuring and implementing, experience in recruitment solutions and processes and learning management solutions are highly valuable;
• Having experience in implementing some domain of Human Resources solutions is a must;
• Practical Expertise in various project methodologies (AgiIe/Scrum/WaterfaII/etc.);
• Have a sincere and proven curiosity about the area of Human Resources domain, and have passion to improve employees lifecycle.
• Have knowledge and expertise in modern Human Resources Solutions, gathering the requirements, configuring and implementing;
• Have a mature, assertive, and dynamic personality, with good interpersonal skills
• Practical Expertise in various project methodologies (AgiIe/Scrum/Kanban/WaterfaII/Six Sigma/etc.).
• English (Advanced)
Bachelor's degree in computer Sciences, Human Resources, Administration or related field

Job Description
Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.
