Louis Dreyfus Company is accelerating its digital transformation through the Finance Innovation & Processes (FIP) team, a global and regional function that partners with Treasury departments to drive operational excellence and lead strategic change. As part of this journey, we’re looking for a Junior Global Business Process Owner (BPO) in Cash Management to join our Treasury & Global Markets team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about financial and treasury systems, processes optimization, with a global scope (all LDC countries).

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Transformation

  • Develop and maintain a clean and robust operating model that supports the goals of the Treasury function (master data, integration with other systems, payment model…).
  • Ensure alignment with the core model in collaboration with support and business teams.
  • Leverage tools like Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy (LDC tools: QUANTUM, TRAX, Kyriba, SAP, and PowerBI…).

Process Optimization

  • Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
  • Support ongoing operations and ensure data quality on systems.

Project

  • Participate to project phases (Kyriba for instance…), from business discovery through go-live, including testing, training, and stakeholder communication.

Scope

  • Business Domains: Cash Management and Payments, Bank Reporting (bank statements, cash usage, kpi on payments…), Financing.
  • Systems: TMS: QUANTUM / TRAX / Kyriba. (others: SAP, PowerBI…)
  • Global: Six regions—Europe Middle East Africa, South-East Asia, North Asia, South Latam, North Latam, North America

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Treasury operations, process design, or financial systems implementation.
  • Strong curiosity and rigor.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and drive changes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Systems

     

     

    • Master degree in Finance (specialty in Treasury is a plus) or Business Administration.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, treasury operations, or system implementation.
    • Fluent in English, French is a plus
