- Successfully pass the certification audits including to support farmers to ensure compliance to farm level requirements
- Support Sustainability Coordinator to manage and follow up certification purchase document on the supply chain (farmers/collector level)
- Weekly report (email and discussion) on certification and responsible sourcing program activities' achievements challenges, next steps to the sustainability coordinator
- Gather information about sustainability projects implemented in the region by competitors or any other organizations/stakeholder to identify potential partnerships, and strengthen LDC knowledge on the supply and demand of RS coffee .
- Upscale the knowledge of certification, data collection and monitoring. Continuous improvement in the implementation process.
