In this role, the Treasury Manager will serve as an integral part of the Finance Team and apply their strategic, financial, and business acumen to deliver against business objectives including cash management, banking relationships, treasury operations, debt management, cash deposits, and forex.

The Treasury Manager is responsible for cash management, cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, banking relationships and reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the Treasury Manager is responsible for ensuring proper processes and controls are in place across the various treasury platforms.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Accountable for and/or assigns responsibilities for the administration of the following:

  • Provide active day to day leadership and support to the Treasury team members.
  • Ensures a positive, collaborative working environment for the team.
  • Administer banking and treasury systems.
  • Implement and improve processes and systems to optimize efficiency, quality, and excellence.
  • Executing the daily funds flow and process transactions.
  • Manage bank related documentation.
  • Prepare month-end and quarter end reports and perform related activities.
  • Investigate and resolve bank and payment issues.
  • Partner with various teams to optimize the global banking and cash management structure and processes.

Basic qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent required

 

Education:

  • Bachelors degree required, Master’s Degree in business related field

Experience

7+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury at a multinational company with demonstrated increases in responsibility.

Preferred qualification: Designation as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) desirable

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (including any physical demands)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling capabilities
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of cash management, including but not limited to, bank account management, updating and maintaining signatories across global bank accounts, process controls and governance.
  • Detailed oriented with a mindset of ensuring accuracy in performance of tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously improve processes.
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial processes
  • SAP experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and show evidence of creative thinking as well as the ability to handle complex problems in a timely manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description
