The Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner will support our HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with Support Function business objectives and enable us to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

He/she will lead a broad variety of HR processes, interacting with senior managers, to deliver effective people management strategic initiatives and case management. Additionally, this role will work in close collaboration with Centers of Excellence across HR and HR Operations in the regions to help effectively manage the rollout of HR services and global initiatives.

*This position can sit in Wilton, CT and required to be in the office 4 days a week/1 remote*

Main responsibilities:

He or she will have the main following responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand and formalize their business objectives and priorities, and leverage HR processes that support those goals.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and other HR-related issues.
  • Managing the full cycle of talent management processes, including talent acquisition, performance assessment, and career development.
  • Partnering with the compensation team to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with business objectives. Support the annual process of bonus and salary review
  • Supporting the HR team in developing and delivering training programs that help to build a strong, capable, and engaged workforce.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration on HR initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing reporting and maintain a dashboard of the main KPIs. Prepare analysis to support the business strategy execution
  • Actively participate in HR projects for Support Functions

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or HR or any related field. Master’s degree a plus
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experienced in preparing presentations/reports for senior managers
  • Structured and organized, with ability to successfully manage competing deadlines; flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Results orientation, motivation to experiment, and deliver

Languages: Fluent in English, with additional languages being an asset.

This position is required to travel 4-5 times a year
