To support its growing needs, Louis Dreyfus Company has launched a global ERP program named BOLD based on SAP S4Hana solution. This ERP program covers the following supply chain processes:
- Procurement of non-commodities processes, supported by SAP MM connected to ARIBA solution and FIORI user interface.
- Commodities & non-commodities inventory management supported by SAP MM.
- Equipment repair & maintenance supported by SAP PM.
- Production Planning & Execution supported by SAP PP.
- Quality inspection process supported by SAP QM.
- Sales & Distribution supported by SAP SD.
The goal of the Supply chain DT&A team members is to ensure smooth flows. This is essential for Louis Dreyfus Company's business, which operates in the global agricultural commodities industry. The company relies on an efficient supply chain to source, procure and store non-commercial goods as well as to keep the assets / equipment running on the optimal operative conditions. Effective non-commercial supply chain processes enable the company to minimize costs and optimize production and logistics.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Supply Chain Deploy Solution Manager, you join the Supply Chain team to coordinate, supervise and lead key Deploy activities.
In this role, you are in charge of the following activities:
- Improve the core practices and documentation
- Coordinate and lead the centralized roll-out activities:
- Customizing
- Master data Load
- Transactional Data load
- Automation of testing
- Monitoring non-regression testing and coordinating the related defects resolution
- Assess new data object migration requirements
- Follow closely the capacity of the deploy team with the Program managers
- Ensure efficient status communication of deploy team activities to project managers
- Assess risks, define mitigation plans and escalate proactively to project managers

- Commercial & Non-commercial Inventory

QUALIFICATIONS TO PERFORM THE JOB
IT Skills
- [Must] Experience in IT best practices.
- [Must] Medium experience in SAP Supply Chain processes.
- [Must] Good experience of Office packages (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- [Must] Good experience with data migrations and data load for supply chain objects
- [Must] Good experience with LSMW, Migration Cockpit, Fiori/Migrate your data, other migration tools.
- [Plus] Good experience with test campaign executions & automation tool.
- [Plus] Basic knowledge of roll-out project phases, approach, phases & deliverable
- [Plus] Basic experience with JIRA.
Business Skills
- [Must] Good understanding of supply chain business processes.
- [Plus] Basic experience in soft commodity trading practices.
Soft Skills
- [Must] Inclination to make improvements, and find new ideas, techniques, and procedures to enhance the quality or value of the solutions
- [Must] Great relationship and ability to work with multiple teams.
