The LDC IT Infrastructure is the company’s backbone that allows our employees, customers, and partners to access all the core applications that enable LDC to perform its day-to-day business, would it be Trading, Contracts management, Payments, Customer Relationship Management, Commercial activities, etc. The mission of our IT Infrastructure team is to design, deploy, standardize, automate and sustain the IT environment through an open API model, modern security, agile operating model, and Hybrid (Cloud/Edge) capabilities. Within the team, you will never stop exploring and discovering, partnering, and collaborating with the other services teams. The Architect, Cloud Computing is end-to-end accountable to provide seamless Cloud computing services across all regions supporting LDC operations and the digital transformation in a cost-effective way.
• Delivery and support cloud solutions aligned with the strategy and roadmap
• Accountable for technically leading cloud-based solutions in different locations (globally) delivering the enterprise mission and vision and adhering to enterprise commitments/values
• End-to-end technical accountability for plan, build and run and the successful delivery of cloud technology. This includes the full lifecycle of the solutions, projects, and services, including strategy, planning, architecture, design, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning
• Financial evaluation of the technical solution (cost optimization)
• Partner for success across the Information Technology ecosystem and with our business partners and our suppliers
• Ensure positive partner/customer experience through satisfaction surveys
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, providing advice and assistance to coordinate and operationalize the integrated strategic and operational plans for innovative technologies, methodologies, and processes.
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Technologies including but not limited to Microsoft Azure and Cloud Automation Tools (Terraform, Azure Resources Management, etc.)
• Proven experience in Architecture and designing new solutions in the Cloud (High desirable)
• Experience in supporting Cloud Operations and Site Reliability Engineering
• Proven experience delivering cloud technology projects and services, with excellent customer quality, cost, and outcome measures
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks, Agile and lean principles
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with a range of technical staff, architects, and operational and business partners to develop joint solutions
• Ability to facilitate problem-solving among groups with varying needs and priorities

Job Description
Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.

    Experiences
