  • Ensuring Compliance and Certification Maintenance: The individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining compliance with a wide range of standards and certifications such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 V6.0, ISCC, RSPO, Halal, Kosher, CPPOB, and others. This is essential for ensuring the company's operations meet international quality and safety standards, which is crucial for market access and customer trust.
  • Strategic Coordination and Risk Management: By coordinating with the plant manager and all department managers to review relevant internal and external issues, this role plays a vital part in aligning the company’s strategic direction. Additionally, analyzing risks and opportunities associated with these issues ensures proactive management and mitigation of potential disruptions.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: This role is pivotal in setting and monitoring management system objectives (quality and food safety), which directly impacts the company’s continuous improvement efforts. Coordinating and verifying corrective actions further ensures that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved, maintaining high standards of operation.
  • Audit and Review Management: Establishing and overseeing internal and external audit programs is crucial for maintaining certification and compliance. Ensuring successful external audits not only secures certification but also boosts the company’s reputation. Additionally, managing the review of all management systems ensures ongoing alignment with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Legal and Customer Requirement Compliance: The role ensures the company’s adherence to laws and customer requirements related to management systems. This compliance is fundamental to avoiding legal penalties and meeting customer expectations, which is essential for business continuity and reputation.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Recall Management: By conducting customer satisfaction surveys and coordinating follow-up actions, this role helps improve customer relationships and service quality. Furthermore, coordinating recall simulations ensures the company is prepared for potential product recalls, minimizing risk to consumers and the company.
  • Representation and Documentation Control: Serving as the top management representative during external audits by certification bodies, government agencies, and customers ensures the company’s interests are effectively communicated and defended. Additionally, controlling documentation ensures that all management system information is well-documented, implemented, and maintained consistently, supporting operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Implementation of Global Projects: Implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) as part of the global Quality 4.0 (Q4.0) project enhancing operational effectiveness and competitive advantage.
