In this role, you are part of EMEA Direct Tax team (Europe/Middle East/Africa) of Louis Dreyfus Company. You will work on all tax issues (mainly direct taxes/transfer pricing and occasionally VAT/customs) in countries located in this area.
The content of the job
You will work on the following main tasks:
- management of intra-group transactions (transfer pricing policy and implementation of intra-group contracts);
- management of tax audits;
- drafting/updating transfer pricing documentation;
- tax analysis on ongoing restructurings (creations, mergers, acquisitions, splits, transfers, etc.);
- tax reporting for the Group;
- assistance to operational platforms on all tax issues that they may encounter in their projects/activities.
Diploma / Experience
Master’s degree in taxation or finance
First experience in taxation is a plus
