ROTTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS, <\/strong>10 July 2013 \u2013 Margarita Louis-Dreyfus, Chairperson of the Louis Dreyfus Group,  has been appointed Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Louis Dreyfus Commodities Holdings B.V., effective immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mrs. Louis-Dreyfus has served as a member of the Supervisory Board since 2011. Mehdi El Glaoui, who has held the chairmanship over the last two years, will stay on as Deputy Chairperson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe appointment of Mrs. Louis-Dreyfus to the chairmanship illustrates the Supervisory Board\u2019s ambition to continuously improve governance at the highest levels of the Group,\u201d commented Mr. El Glaoui. \u201cThe Board is delighted that Mrs. Louis-Dreyfus has accepted this new responsibility. Through her leadership, she will contribute to plotting a course for the Group and defining the company\u2019s future success.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
