Strategically located for origination within Hungary\u2019s sunflower growing region, and for access to growing destination markets, the site also produces sunflower-based lecithin.\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three grains and oilseeds storage and logistic sites in Debrecen, Gyomaendr\u0151d and Beretty\u00f3\u00fajfalu, with combined storage capacity of approximately 150 KMT.\u202f\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A standalone grains and oilseeds trading and origination team in Budapest.\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In Poland, the transaction concerns the following activities and facilities:\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A multi-seed (rapeseeds, sunflower seeds and soybeans) crushing and refining plant in Bodacz\u00f3w, specialized in rapeseed processing and accounting for around 15% of Poland\u2019s total rapeseed crush volume. The plant refines rapeseed oil for both the food and biodiesel industries, while rapeseed meal is sold mostly locally to feed compounders and animal protein producers.\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Four grains and oilseeds storage and logistic sites in K\u0119trzyn, Szamotu\u0142y, Trawniki and Werbkowice, with combined storage capacity of approximately 170 KMT, and some benefitting from railway connections.
