  • Responsibility to lead and arrange the staff to work base on the shipping, receiving, and production plan on time and get high efficiency.
  • Supervise and support third party with high co-operation with full equipments to get the high efficiency of works.
  • Handle and follow up the moving stock for receiving, shipping and all the warehouse’s activities from each staff, checking the quantity, grade to match the documentation, on time and make the adjustment for meet the requires.
  • Handle and make the working plan for all the trucks and forklift to surport for all the activities in Mill and warehouse which is the warehouse handle and hand over to trucks and forklift in charged be clearly and and suitable.
  • Follow up and checking all documentation, delay or pending of document is not happen and all figures are mu be accurated and delivery to other department on time.
  • Stock available of each warehouse must be acknowledged and send the report every morning, the receiving coffee can be off loaded must be awared and prepare the allocation for it.
  • Make sure the moving coffee from Mill to warehouse as soon as possible and all document must be signed and proper, all allocated after loading must be re-checking and confirmed all are in correct and match with documentation.
  • Floor plan must be update in correct figures and accurated with each allocation, make the report and sending in every morning .
  • Make sure supply enough all coffee for Mill processing for 24 hours, arrange staff and forklift proper follow up shift working, make sure don’t short coffee delivery to Mill and interrupted Mill processing.
  • Don’t hire the mistake or any bad behaviour, in case must be informed to Manager  for acknowledged in accordingly.
  • Packaging (Pallet, jute bag, big bag..etc) for shipment and internal using must be updated, handle and control, make sure the stock always in safety stock and making the request to order to buy on time and proper.
  • Checking all the warehouse doing the warehouse keeping in proper and tidy, no rabbish, no smoking, all activities are in safety and invironment.Stricly implement SHE rules as SHE policy.
