Rotterdam<\/strong>, The Netherlands<\/strong>, November 13, 2020 – Louis\nDreyfus Company B.V. (LDC) announced today that it has received its first public\ncredit rating by S&P Global Ratings<\/em> (S&P), which assigned an\ninvestment grade rating of BBB- with a positive outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LDC has been\nactive in the debt capital markets since 2012 and holds today three unrated\nsenior bonds listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange<\/em>. This initial\npublic credit rating will give the Group broader access to the debt capital\nmarkets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
