  • Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang), and other required shipping documents.
  • Coordinate closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, surveyors, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo loading, vessel arrangements, and timely shipment execution.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, document deadlines, and cargo readiness to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Ensure all export activities comply with customs procedures, government regulations, international trade requirements, contractual terms, and applicable Incoterms.
  • Handle communication with buyers and internal commercial teams regarding shipment schedules, documentation status, and delivery of export documents.
  • Support resolution of routine operational issues related to shipment execution and documentation under guidance from senior team members.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in export-import operations, logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or international trade documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing export documents and coordinating shipment execution with shipping agents, forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams is preferred.
  • Exposure to agricultural commodity, manufacturing, trading, or supply chain environments would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation, reporting, and daily coordination.
  • Familiarity with customs systems and export-related platforms, including CEISA/PEB, is preferred.
  • Good understanding of shipping procedures, export documentation flow, and basic Incoterms.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up skills to manage documents and shipment timelines effectively.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with internal teams, external vendors, and customers in a timely and professional manner.

Job Description

Experience
