Role Overview

We are seeking a Semi-Senior Business Development & M&A Analyst to support the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic growth opportunities across LATAM.

The role combines corporate development, strategic analysis, and transaction execution, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive investments, partnerships, and value creation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to identify trends and strategic gaps
  • Support regional strategy reviews and pipeline prioritization
  • Build and maintain financial models (DCF, scenarios, sensitivities) to assess investment opportunities 
  • Translate complex financial data into clear insights for decision-making
  • Support the execution of M&A transactions from origination to closing
  • Monitor performance of strategic projects and investments
  • Support integration planning and tracking of value creation initiatives

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in:
    • M&A / Corporate Development
    • Investment Banking / Consulting
    • Strategy or Business Development roles

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field

Technical Skills

  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with large datasets and business analysis
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and deal structures

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
