Role Overview
We are seeking a Semi Sr Learning & Development Analyst to design, implement and execute development and talent initiatives across the region.
The role combines performance management, talent processes, and data-driven insights, working closely with HRBPs, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive capability building, foster leadership development, and support employee growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support key talent processes, including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Design and facilitate development programs, workshops and development initiatives for employees across the organization.
- Analyze data, monitor participation, and generate actionable insights and reports to inform decision-making.
- Support the development of tools and processes related to Learning & Development.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
Experience
| Experience |
Experience: 3 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or Learning & Development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Behavioral Sciences or related fields.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in digital tools and HR systems.
· Workday knowledge is a plus.
· Advanced English.
· Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Core Competencies
· Proven ability to lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
· Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in industrial or operational environments is a plus.
