销售培训生将在油粕现货销售、生产、品控、物流等部门进行为期1年左右的轮岗工作与培训。全方位参与到油粕销售、运营和管理的各个环节，学习包括现货销售、期货交易、生产工艺、质量、市场分析、以及合同执行等知识，积累相关经验。
轮岗结束后，公司将根据培训生轮岗表现、学生自身能力与兴趣，选择相关商务团队和区域安排定岗。
