  • Preparing and structuring existing data
  • Transferring data into a new Excel database
  • Reviewing archived/legacy documents
  • Ensuring a consistent data structure
  • Using internal company AI tools
  • Collaborating with specialist departments

 

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Structured and careful way of working
  • Understanding of data and processes
  • Good English skills
  • Good German skills
    • Insights into industrial processes
    • Participation in a clearly defined project
    • Personal support from specialist departments
    • Flexible working hours by arrangement
    • Location: Illertissen
      Start: By arrangement
      Duration: Fixed-term, 3–6 months
