路易达孚的贸易学院旨在为我们的贸易人才提供核心专业知识。
该课程围绕两个主要项目构建。初级贸易培训项目为初级贸易员提供在我们的业务中工作所需的基本技能和知识，而高级贸易培训项目则为资深贸易员量身定制，旨在增强他们建立业务和发展职业的能力。
贸易学院还帮助参与者了解路易达孚的独特文化和经营方式。 大多数课程由路易达孚自身的高级领导和专家主持，以确保该项目及时反映我们业务的不断发展。
路易达孚的领导学院项目旨在支持我们的经理和高级领导者获得职业成长。
该项目旨在在领导者的管理角色发展变化的过程中为其提供指导，项目涵盖了针对领导阶梯的每个步骤的广泛主题和挑战。
