This role offers the opportunity to develop skills related to LDC’s core financial business processes within the S/4 Hana solution and to play a pivotal role in our ambitious SAP program.
Mission:
As a Solution Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) solutions within Back-Office Services. You will align the solution roadmap with business needs, manage stakeholders, oversee solution governance, and ensure operational excellence.
Primary Focus: Brazil Rollout
You will play a pivotal role in the deployment of the finance core model for Brazil, ensuring:
Seamless integration of the finance core model into Brazil’s operations.
Project timeline and resource management to meet rollout deadlines.
Compliance with Brazilian financial regulations (e.g., SPED, e-Invoicing, tax reporting).
Training and support to local teams to ensure adoption.
Post-deployment monitoring to validate performance and ensure business KPIs are met.
This role requires strong project management, financial process expertise, and SAP knowledge to ensure the success of the Brazil rollout and ongoing solution enhancements.

Solution Delivery & Management:
Develop and manage the solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Conduct an animated workshop to provide detailed presentations, step-by-step guides, compliance training, hands-on sessions, and Q&A to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the finance core model in Brazil.
Ensure support structures and KPIs are maintained.
Act as the primary point of contact for aligning solution priorities with BPOs and functional heads.
Governance & Strategy:
Develop strategies, initiatives, and communication plans to maximize value, adoption, and satisfaction of the solution.
Own the delivery and associated metrics (e.g., SLA).
Own solution SLAs and performance metrics.
Prioritize and manage enhancement requests in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Manage vendors to ensure expected performance levels.
Ensure business analysts effectively address requirements from business partners/BPO networks.
Oversee and control any implementation impacting your solution, managing dependencies with other solutions.
Documentation & Change Management:
Ensure documentation is up-to-date.
Manage the transition to Run phase.
Work closely with various departments to design cross-application flows and ensure process maintenance and enhancement.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage internal/external team members, allocating capacity effectively.
Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth user adoption.
Provide SAP expertise and mentor junior team members.
Develop action plans for continuous improvement and problem resolution.
Support:
Support AMS teams for complex topics.
Perform knowledge transfer to support teams, enhancing their autonomy.
Provide solution guidance.

Technical Skills:
Strong SAP FI/CO expertise (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
Deep understanding of IT best practices, financial processes, and reporting.
Experience with SAP interfaces, test automation, and integration tools.
Preferred:
Experience with Brazilian financial regulations (SPED, e-Invoicing, local tax requirements).
Knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow, and test automation tools.
Experience with cross-functional SAP modules (SD, MM, Tax, Treasury, etc.).
Soft Skills
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience
Experience in IT project management experience, including:
