ITOT Solution Manager (OT Cybersecurity)

We are looking for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Solution Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for our operational technology (OT) systems. Also will be responsible for overseeing the protection of operational technology infrastructure, people, and data. They will be responsible for monitoring the channels through which information flows into and out of an organization’s information network, observing all the operations occurring across the network, and managing the infrastructure that facilitates those operations.

 

You will work with a variety of different departments to ensure that the company is delivering what its customers want in a way that’s cost-effective and efficient. You will also be responsible for developing long-term strategies for the organization, working closely with the IT Cybersecurity department. Be part of ITOT convergence group, join a team of professionals who work together to integrate information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) to improve the efficiency, productivity, and performance of industrial systems and processes. ITOT convergence is a key enabler of digital transformation and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

 

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the design, testing, and deployment of Cybersecurity Solutions for OT environments and systems. Manage the entire OT Cybersecurity solution lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of OT Cybersecurity solutions.
• Monitor and manage the performance, availability, and security of OT Cybersecurity solutions and services.
• Research current technology trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to propose new features and solutions.
• Responsible for creating processes that ensure the security of the organization’s operational technology infrastructure, people, and data.
• Responsible for assessing incident reports and developing and implementing crisis communication plans.
• Creating compliance reports, supporting audits and OT Cybersecurity performance metrics.
• Test and validate the functionality, performance, and security of OT Cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct user research and feedback to identify areas of continuous improvement and innovation.

 

 

 

 

 

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Business Skills: 

• Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills in multi-cultural, regions environment.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, reactive, and challenging trading environments. • Business oriented. Sense of ownership. Sense of urgency
•  Autonomy with responsibility
• Flexibility, ability to manage a demanding, and changing workload

• Have minimum 5 years of experience in experience in cybersecurity management. 
• Experience with industrial software like ICS/SCADA/PLC/RTU 
•  Experience with understanding ICS/OT environment and architecture
• Knowledge of ICS/OT environments, and Industrial components
•  Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, and best practices
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, Mitre Attack 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with plant organization, production processes, maintenance processes 
• Experience with computing solutions (servers, virtualization, storage, VMWare, etc.) 
•  Experience with cloud infrastructure, development & integration (Azure or AWS preferred)
•  Experience with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
•  Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Knowledge in Agile Methodology (Scrum and Scale Agile Framework highly desired)
