In 2014, the Group started to rotate to Process harmonization, Global Organizations and especially Digitalization by opening a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Finance, IT and HR based in Lyon.
Together with the CoE, the LDC Groups created a Global Finance Team, called FPSO (for Finance Processes Systems and Organization), which is reporting directly to the Group CFO and for which the aim is to:
- Lead the Finance Transformation of the group
- Digitalize LDC Processes and organizations
- Help LDC to rotate to Finance best practices and best tools
In 2018, the Group materialized its ambition by initiated a Global Finance Transformation and Digitalization of its Back Office operations (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Procurement, Industry). It consists into a:
Reshaping of accounting and controlling processes and securing E2E payment flows
The implementation of SAP S/4 HANA suite including Business Intelligence, ARIBA
As of today, SAP S/4 Hana has already been implemented in several countries and other regions will be taken on over the next years. The program roadmap ends in 2025 and will be followed by other transformation projects on other systems.
The FPSO team consists of an international team of experienced resources with strong expertise in their domain. They act as the keeper of the Group practices and solutions and propose continuous enhancements to fit business needs. They coordinate the different on-going projects in the LDC world for their respective scope.

We are looking for a SAP Functional Specialist with the following skills and experience in Accounting and Controlling:
- Industrial controlling with knowledge of logistical movements in production plant (in/outbound flows, manufacturing flows)
- Material pricing and stock valuation processes
- Material consumption and costing activities
- Budget control and planning
The SAP Functional Specialist will focus on the implementation of our SAP solution (called BOLD), focusing on:
- Processs review and Fit Gap approach against our Core solution
- Data Model confirmation
- End user mobilization through solution and process demonstration as well as the animation of End User Testing (UAT)
The SAP Functional Specialist will be fully integrated within the project team (FPSO and IT team).
Experience
3 to 5 years of strong operational experience ideally ideally mixing:
- Audit in a leading audit or consultant company
- An active participation in Finance transformation project either as an internal (ex: AMOA, Functional Business Lead, Process Owner, …) or as an external resource
- Experience in working in project mode and ability to perform in various roles from individual contributor to a leadership role
- Experience in international environments
- Experience in process design and implementation of an IT tool (interfaces would be a plus)
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment
- Management of a team
Other skills (Computer Skills, etc.)
- Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes
- Strong ability to gather & analyze information, define problems and form a plan of action
- Evident ability to analyze and challenge workflows, being analytical and synthetic
- Work independently and take ownership of the role as well as contributing to goals as a team member
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and result oriented.

- Problem solving skills
- Exceptional organizational ability with a strong attention to detail
Languages:
- English (fluent, Mandatory)
Academics
Leading business school, Leading Engineer School, University degree in Business Administration with a major in:
- Information System and/or
- Finance/Accounting and/or
