To support its growing needs for corporate reporting & analysis, Louis Dreyfus Company has started the implementation of a new BackOffice solution based on SAP S/4 under a Program named BOLD – BackOffice Louis Dreyfus.

To cover the gaps between standard SAP S/4 and the LDC business requirements, we require ABAP, Fiori, and BI developers to enhance our SAP S/4 system. The daily coordination, hiring, evaluating, and coaching of these developers requires a Development Manager.

There are built-in growth opportunities in this role, branching into security, infrastructure, basis, and program management.

Mission

As an SAP Development Manager, you have the role of ensuring the delivery of all developments on time with high quality and good documentation. At the same time, you will also manage upwards and deliver KPIs and accompanying insights.

Technologically you will be expected to work in the following domains:

  • SAP S/4
  • ABAP
  • CDS
  • Adobe Form
  • Workflows
  • Fiori (XML, HTML, JavaScript, cloud connector, cloud cockpit, GitLab, CAP Cloud Application Programming)
  • SAP BTP

Timewise you will be expected to work on

  • Production Support; managing incidents and requests involving development.
  • Project work; managing on average four rollouts simultaneously.
  • Continuous improvement: improving the way developers work by
    • Increasing velocity
    • Reducing incidents in production
    • Improving documentation
  • Reducing technical debts that we incur during the projects.
  • KPI production and analysis

You are the gatekeeper of the development delivery and quality.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of the development roadmap
  • You are ensuring the quality through documentation, peer review, and unit testing.

You are a core team member for rollouts.

  • You will contribute to the Design Phase by contributing to designs and estimates.

  • [Must] Experienced with UI5/BAS (Business App Studio)
  • [Must] Experienced in one or several modules of SAP: FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/PM/QM

  • [Plus] Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
  • [Plus] Experienced with SAP Workflow
