工作职责总述：
遵守和执行公司SHE和食品安全政策；完成定期的预防性维修清单并对有问题的设备进行维修；负责按照生产计划及SOP对污水线进行开、停机及正常生产操作，保证生产的连续稳定性；完成公司制定的员工绩效考核KPI目标；完成值班长交办的其他工作
主要工作职责：
- 安全：遵守和执行公司SHE和食品安全政策；监督劳务人员和外来人员作业施工情况；完成现场安全整改；认真学习SHE、PSM各项培训；申请、回收、关闭作业许可证；
- 熟练掌握本岗位的操作技能，严格按各作业指导书要求进行操作，合理使用污水辅助材料，减少损耗；
- 当班污水运行按照规定要求辅料添加（PAC、PAM）、磷酸二氢钾、尿素、碳酸氢钠等，
- 当班检测原水、气浮、生化池、排放口等指标，做到污水有任何异常及时汇报和调整
- 做好设备日常保养工作，现场设备运转，保证污水处理设施安全正常运行，发现问题应及时解决并参与日常检修
- 按规定填写运行记录表，保证数据的准确、真实、清楚；必要时根据值班长安排协助其它岗位工作或服从轮岗安排；记录当班工作事项、运行异常参数调整、需交待未完成事项；
- 当班清除浮渣、污油、污泥等废弃物，保持工作场所
- 整洁，并做好所属区域的卫生工作；
- 当班负责岗位区域现场卫生；负责划分责任区域的设备卫生清洁和记录，
- 完成员工绩效考核KPI目标，
- 加强班组内、班组间同事之间的沟通交流，发挥团队协作精神；完成班长交办的其他工作。
Experience

任职资格：
1、高中或中技学历以上环境保护工程等相关专业毕业
2、1年以上污水操作工作经验；熟悉污水工艺和其他类似的工艺
3、良好的沟通和协调能力；
4、认真负责的态度、良好的分析和解决问题的能力
