As a Legal Intern at Louis Dreyfus Company, you will be supporting the team on legal documentation and research in various aspects of legal procedures. You will work closely with legal professionals, gaining hands-on experience and practical knowledge that would be valuable for your future career in Legal.
Internship duration:
- Between July to Dec 2024
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and draft contracts including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), agency agreements, sale, and purchase agreements
- Support the corporate secretarial function including helping to draft minutes of meetings of shareholders and directors
- Conduct basic legal research into areas such as mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, competition, general corporate & commercial law
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
