The Continuous Improvement (CIP) Regional Lead is responsible for leading the continuous improvement effort in a Shared Business Service Regional Center.

Working hand in hand with Regional Managers the Continuous Improvement Lead spread continuous improvement culture in the Mini-Business Teams by applying the corporate framework.

The successful candidate will be a self-reliant with knowledge on Business Process Transformation and he/she is comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities.

  • You lead the governance and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives within Regional Center using an appropriate methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are identified and achieved.
  • You communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the SBS center strategy and action plan, and the broader organization's mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
  • You develop your own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. You maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
  • You provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of continuous improvement tools and best practices.
  • You contribute to reviewing existing operations and assist in identifying continuous improvements.
  • You oversee the production of action plans ensuring that all activities are identified appropriately organized to deliver their objectives comply with the organization's continuous improvement framework and comply with the organization's wider governance structure and processes.
  • You support feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective, and document findings.
  • You carry out delegated activities to support identification and evaluation of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the projects and the design of mitigating solutions.
  • You are responsible for gathering and summarizing continuous improvement effort in your region/center and share with the Head of continuous improvement and other regional CIP leaders.
  • You deliver baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses to evaluate and track the realization of business benefits.

MBA / Master Degree 

  • Over 10 years
  • Proficiency with continuous improvement disciplines (Lean, Agile, Kanban, etc.)​
  • 5 years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.​
  • 8 years of experience in Consulting / Project management
  • Demonstrated history of applying varied approaches to solve complex business support challenges of significance to the organization,

Business skills:

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities,
  • Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing using the English language.
  • A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.​

Technical skills:

  • Lean and Six Sigma fundamentals
  • Service Design fundamentals is a plus
  • Proficiency with continuous improvement disciplines (Lean, Agile, Kanban, etc.)

Behavior skills:

  • Self-driven, customer focused and proactive.
  • Good learning agility and autonomy.
  • Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset.
