Your main responsibilities:

 

1. Data Preparation and Management:

 

  • Assist the Coffee Sustainability Officer in gathering, preparing, cleaning, testing, structuring, and sharing supply chain compliance data specific to the EUDR.
  • Extract, process, clean, save, and organize EUDR (the new EU Deforestation Regulation) data - including geolocation and certification data - from various internal and external sources.

 

2. Data Quality Assurance:

 

  • Collaborate with the DT&A (Digital Technologies and Analytics) and Data Science Unit to verify the completeness and accuracy of farm and geolocation data for each supply chain.
  • Coordinate with origin teams to close data gaps and enhance overall data quality.

 

3. Risk Assessment and Reporting:

 

  • Support the production of risk assessment reports for clients, tailored to each EUDR Contract.

 

4. Ad-Hoc Data Requests:

 

  • Handle additional data requests from clients as needed.

 

5. Traceability and Due Diligence:

 

  • Assist in consolidating traceability data.
  • Verify and produce due diligence statements for all EUDR-aligned contracts, working closely with the Execution and local teams.

 

6. Data Visualization and Reporting:

 

  • Contribute to data visualization and reporting efforts for the management team.

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Management
  • Knowledge of the agrifood commodity sector is a plus
  • Ability to work on Excel, PowerBi to create and analyze dashboards
  • Ability to work on GPS data
  • English fluent
