Overall responsibility:

  • Control account payables (invoice review, creating bank payment) to effectively maintain partnership between LDCL and its suppliers.
  • Support the monthly closing to ensure the process running smoothly, reconciliation between invoiced items vs purchased items, ensure Navision reflect expenses correctly and on time.
  • Coordinate with operation to uphold accounting procedure.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Cooperate with operation to reconcile expense: Variable cost, Fixed cost.
  • Update & reconcile usage quantity of Diesel, Electricity, Thread, Coal, Water.
  • Keep track & book spreads of prepayment.
  • Ensure Navision ERP system is updated on time and accurately.
  • Other jobs require by Senior Accountant/ Finance Manager/ CFO.
  • Review payment request, create bank transfer & review with management & reconcile bank balance.
  • Review petty cash request, control cash on hand & reconcile balance.
  • Bachelor graduated of Finance/Accounting/Economics.
  • Preferably to have at least 2 years of experience in finance analyst or accountant role.
  • Good Excel skill.
  • Open mind, willing to learn and improve process.
  • Good moral quality.
  • Preferably locating near LDCL.
