We’re looking for a motivated young professional focused on TA and Learning to become part of our South & West Latam Regional Talent Team, where your ideas matter and teamwork leads the way.

Main Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Lead Internship Program
  • Lead Referrals Program
  • Coordinate onboarding process and activities
  • Manage pipeline and maintain a database of potential candidates
  • Support Regional Young Professional Program
  • Support employer branding activities and events, such as career fairs and university relations.

Learning:

  • Support the identification of learning needs 
  • Support and coordinate leadership & development activities
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback
  • Manage our internal learning system, ensuring active use of the tool and complete registration of all activities. Act as a key user of it, promoting best practices and providing support to other users
  • Manage suppliers and logistics associated with the delivery of training activities.

Skills and Behaviors:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or related fields.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • +3 years in talent roles, leading recruiting processes and learning planning
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
  • Entrepreneurship spirit, planning and organizing
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data
