He or she will have the main following responsibilities:

• Assessing the quality of all coffee coming in and going out
• Maintaining proper records of all quality analysis reports
• Update and follow-up all data samples sent to clients
• Make sure coffee meets expected standards all the way through the
        processing and warehousing chain
• Help the trade department selecting lots in line with client’s specs
• Liaise with UCDA officials to ensure the exported coffee meet their standards
• Update the quality department SOP
