  1. Manage petty cash for daily transaction
  2. Prepare daily payment to supplier in line with SOP and payment schedule
  3. Prepare daily recap and payment control checklist
  4. Monitoring incoming fund from customers and maintain AR aging
  5. Fixed assets monitoring
  6. Prepare journal entries and assist senior accountant on monthly close processes
  7. Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  8. Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation
  9. Prepare documents for audit process
  • Bachelor degree in accounting with experience 1-2 years
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AX dynamic and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Focus on achievement and maintain integrity.
  • Able to innovate and be creative.
