We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the new digital factory based in Bangalore India. The objective of this new digital factory will be to empower the company's innovation strategy by equipping it with AI development capabilities and rapid prototyping.

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize the performance of the digital factory in line with organizational goals and objectives

 

  • Provide operational leadership to ensure effective implementation of the digital factory operating model, including agile project management, technology infrastructure support, data governance, innovation processes, and customer-centricity initiatives

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to design and deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience and generate business value

 

  • Manage the budget, resources, and timelines for all digital factory projects and programs

 

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders

 

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

 

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects and programs
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing digital technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and business growth
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of agile project management frameworks, IT systems architecture, data analytics, and AI applications
  • Experience with change management and organizational development practices
