Contract Life Cycle management:
• Key docs issuance, collection and monitoring: Contract / POA / Whs Receipt of Goods, Guarantee Letter, etc.
• Input Sales/Purchase and Amendment data in system (SAP)
• Contract terms review and raise the risk points
• Related with Finance operation: confirmation requests, statement of account, etc.
• Risk control and related reports issuance
Delivery order management:
• Receive delivery order from Customer, check open ctr, available cash
• Create Delivery Note & Registration Order in system (SAP)
• Archive the original delivery order
• Coordinate with cross team to ensure the outbound process smoothly
• Provide the contracts performance data to customers
Invoicing & Cash management:
• Good knowledge of Finance & Tax aspects, reconcile with customers and issue correct Golden Tax invoice under the Tax principle.
• Book payment application in system and collect the backups to support the payment run
• Book insurance scope and content for declaration (stocks & transportation insurance)
Inventory management:
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream to complete the inbound & outbound record in system (SAP),
• 3rd party warehouse inventory reports generation
Master data management :
• Collect mandatory documents related to customer account & distribution address creation in master data system (EBX)
• Maintain vendor’s bank account in master data system (EBX)
• Coordinate with customers to collect other necessary data
Experience

Knowledge
- Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to new IT systems (prerequisite)
- Good understanding of financial, tax and compliance policy
- English fluent (prerequisite) CET-6
Experience:
- Professional experience (minimum 5 years) in domestic or international trading environment
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Languages:
- Fluent in English
Other skills and competencies:
- Self-driven on new skills development
- Positive team cooperation spirit and own good willing to support teams’ collaboration
- Possess good communication skills
