1、遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求;Comply with the company's food safety, quality, and environmental policy regulations. Abide by and implement safety regulations and code of conduct.

2、协助压榨经理根据生产需要和技术进步状况,提出技术改进方案,获批准后组织实施,保证工厂技术始终处于同行业领先水平。

Propose some technical improvement programs base on the manufacture requirement and technology advancement. Implement the programs after they get approve, is the guarantee for making sure our technical level always on a leading position in the industry.

3、协助压榨主管和经理建立车间的安全、卫生制度、MOC、PSM、ISO以及绩效的考核标准,并对其进行考核评估和落实;

Assist the crush manager/supervisor for build one evaluation system of housekeeping MOC, PSM, ISO implement, safety and performance with production manager. Responsible for routine check and evaluation

4、协助压榨主管对压榨车间的日常管理工作。根据生产部经理的安排,落实生产计划,并提出生产用辅助材料需求计划。

Assist the supervisor of the daily management of the crushing workshop. Implement the plan and propose the MRO of the accessory according to the arrangement of the production manager.

5、努力降低生产成本。应按标准或用户要求组织生产合格产品,杜绝质量过剩现象。

Strive to reduce the cost. Organize producing qualified products according to the regulation and customer’s requirement.

6、协助压榨经理对员工技能提高和团队建设负责,规划和指导人员培训和员工职业发展,制定每月的员工培训计划并实施。

Assist crush manager improving the staffs ’skills and team building. Planning the training and occupational planning for the staffs, formulating and the executing the training plan for the staffs.

7、协助生产部经理制定压榨车间员工的绩效考核标准和考核。

Help the production manager to fabricate and assess the performance assessment of the staffs of crushing workshop.

8、根据安全生产规范和安全生产管理制度的要求,负责本车间具体的安全生产管理工作,排除一切事故隐患,对员工加强纪律和安全生产教育,遵守安全生产法规。

9、负责组织和落实生产设备的日常保养和一级保养,建立设备档案,制定备品、配件计划。

Responsible for organizing and executing the daily maintain and first level maintain of the equipment. Build up    the equipment archives and the plan of spare parts.
