Position Summary:

This position will be in charge of full product marketing strategy planning and execution and product portfolio management. Responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management of specialty feed protein solutions, including new product development (NPD) to align with revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
  • Define product roadmaps for both locally produced 
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Manage product lifecycle stages from ideation to phase-out, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
  • Lead NPD projects for domestic markets.
  • Commercialization & Pricing
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing models, sales enablement tools, and customer training programs.
  • Analyze production costs, market demand, and competitive landscapes to maximize profitability for localized and imported products.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Experience:

  •  At least 10 years experience in animal nutrition ingredients product marketing experience or related work,  experience on product development and product commercialization processes, project leadership and critical thinking will be a plus

Education:  

  • Master degree or above, major in fermentation/chemistry

Languages:

  • Excellent English written and presentation skills, good communication capability internally and externally.

Other skills and competencies:

  •  Good team player with good communication skill
  •  Financial and business acumen with proven track record of results.
  • Sense of market & customer focus, willing to frequent travels.
