Overview of the role:
- Establish a relationship with your business partners to analyze and implement their needs on the delivery of an end-to-end global price analytics solution
- Understand and search for opportunities to improve the related business process from the front to the back office
- Develop a centralized price data culture within the target decision makers and users’ community
- Guarantee that expected business outcomes are achieved unleashing the power of decision-making process driven by data analytics products
Your missions and duties:
- Responsible for project success owning project scope and being responsible adoption and delivery of price services business outcomes
- Deliver service roadmap, roll outs per region / platform, continuous improvement plan and deployments, that are defined in sync with the LDC analytics strategy
- Ensure operating and support structures are in place and become the “go to person” for traders and middle officers’ users’ community driving adoption and removing roadblocks to effectively embed price solutions in business processes
- Implement the systems requirements in line with the solution design to deliver the required business outcomes
- Create strong and trusting relationship with key business partners and other colleagues for collectively achieving success as one team
- Own the delivery of projects (including resources needs and financials) to provide new products to support decision making processes and their associated metrics on time, budget and outcomes
- Responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed function specifications and managing requests for changes
- Ensure products’ deliverables are properly documented and with adequate reference material
- Follow up issues and risks, and trigger appropriate escalations in case of need
- Propose mitigation plan in case of issues and risks assessing different options and providing recommendations
- Identify dependencies within parallel running projects in portfolio and proactively put in place actions to mitigate related risks
- Provide management with accurate and timely status reports of all projects/scope as assigned
- Assist business partners in determining how business requirements are integrated into business processes and generate expected outcomes
- Work closely with the business owners of your application/solution being the intermediary between them and our external delivery partners to develop or support your products
- Support business partners in the test phases and organize training sessions as required
- Learn all core technologies in the BI IT portfolio and how to build BI reports and analytics applications starting from the data using them proficiently

Your profile:
- 5+ years of proven experience as business analyst or middle officer type of role
- Proven project management experience within at least 2 large complete projects life cycles
- Previous functional experience in Market data area applied to Commodities and Financial products (futures, swaps options, forex) will be a strong plus.
- Complex multi-interface technology architecture implementation experiences will be considered as a plus
- Previous experience in a client facing role will be considered a plus
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Project management in global enterprise data management systems
- Database competencies (preferably MS SQL Server), being able to navigate through data via SQL statements
- Solid knowledge of commodity trading and market instruments: Forex, Futures, Swap, Options, etc. will be considered as a strong plus
- English fluent
